Product Warranty Statement

24-Month Warranty – Domestic Use
Thank you for choosing Blueprint. Each product is backed by a 24-month replacement
warranty and a 12-month warranty on spare parts and labour.
Products found—upon inspection by an authorised Blueprint. representative—to be
defective within the 24-month period will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no
cost. All replacements will be available for collection from Blueprint., or another agreed
location.
12-Month Labour Warranty – Spare Parts
Labour for replacing products or spare parts covered by this warranty is provided free of charge
when the claim is made within 12 months of purchase.
Spare parts deemed defective in materials, construction, or assembly within the first year will also
be replaced free of charge.
Products found faulty after 12 months remain eligible for free replacement; however, labour and
spare part installation costs become the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Installation by a licensed plumber
- Product is installed for domestic use
- Proof of purchase with date is provided
- Installation follows all supplied instructions
- No failure or damage caused by the supporting wall or structure
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products not purchased from an authorised Blueprint. retailer
- Products not paid for in full
- Re-sold, re-supplied, or second-hand goods
- Normal wear and tear
- Colour or shade variations
- Minor visual variations inherent to manufacturing
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Exposure to excessive heat, UV light, or harsh chemicals
- Damage caused by natural events (flood, storm, fire)
- Re-installation at a different location
- Repairs completed without written authorisation from Blueprint.
Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint. is not liable for:
- Injuries to any person
- Damage to property
- Indirect, consequential, or additional loss or damage
Claim Procedure
For all warranty claims, please contact your place of purchase. These details can be found on your
purchase invoice.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. If the product is not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major,
you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
